Sonoma Fit is a 16,000 sq. ft. full service fitness club. Three dedicated, boutique style group exercise studios allow us to schedule over 50 classes a week – indoor and outdoor! Classes include cycling, TRX, strength conditioning, bootcamp, rowing, yoga, and more. All with premium sound and state of the art equipment!
ROOM X, our circuit style workout, uses innovative equipment, incredible studio sound and lighting, and motivating instructors.
On the fitness club floor, we have all the cardio equipment you could ever need, including treadmills, climb mills, ellipticals, bikes and rowers. There is also a full line of Hoist machines for strength training. We’ve dedicated 8,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space to functional fitness training – including a 40 yard indoor turf field, free weights, power racks, rope trainers, and an Olympic lifting rig. Amenities include state-of-the-art locker rooms with showers and towel service, personal training, small group training, and sport-specific athletic training.
Sprint 8 is here, and only at Sonoma Fit! A cardio and strength workout designed for ALL fitness levels. The first part of this 45 minute workout is 20 minutes of high intensity – low impact cardio on the ellipticals. The second 30 minutes will focus on full body strength training. In order for you to see results, you have to be working at max effort – which is almost impossible to do on your own. You need the energy from a group and the attention from our certified coaches!
