Yes! With the exception of Sonoma Fit Pool Club, which requires a separate membership. Or you can purchase a day pass for $25.
Yes, our dumb bells go up to 125 pounds and we have an Olympic rig with bumper plates, a full line of Atlantis plate loaded equipment and multiple squat racks.
Yes, we have multiple classes appropriate for the senior population including circuit training, TRX and yoga.

Yes, there is a $75 club enhancement fee (in most cases charged on March 15th). We use those funds to reinvest in the club. This fee is charged for every member, regardless whether you are on an individual or family membership.
If you pay for an annual membership, the enhancement fee is waived.

YES! Day passes are $25/day with unlimited access to Sonoma Fit. (24 Hour Access not included)
7 day passes are available for $70 and must be used on consecutive days.
You can refer a friend through our Sonoma Fit app by clicking the “Refer a Friend” icon. If they join, you will earn points towards free merchandise and personal training.
Yes, we have locker rooms with showers. We also provide towel service, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers.
You can wear stiff sole tennis shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips.
For all group exercise classes – there is a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for a class in which you have reserved a space, you will be charged a $10 fee. You may cancel class using the app, or if you are within 12 hours of class start time, call the front desk.
Log into your Sonoma Fit app by Net Pulse or click here to choose a location, select “Find a Class”, click on the class you would like to attend, followed by selecting “Book Now”. You can sign up for classes through the app or online via your Myiclub Account.
Platinum members have access to all group exercise classes. This does not include group classes at Sonoma Fit Pool Club or Pilates Reformer classes.
Yes. The app for Sonoma Fit can be found by searching “Sonoma Fit” in the App Store or Google Play. Please note, you must be a member in order to use the app.
30 days notice prior to the next billing cycle (1st of the month) is required to terminate any membership.
Please email email cancel@sonoma-fit.com in order to cancel your membership. Each member is required to cancel your individual membership regardless if you are on an individual plan or family plan.
If you are on a contract, you will be charged an early cancellation fee if canceled prior to the expiration date. If you discontinue or have a lapse in your membership, there is a $99 fee to reinstate your membership within a 12 month period. After one year of not being a member, you must pay the current enrollment fee to reinstate your membership.
Medical Freeze: If you are unable to use the facility because of injury, you may put your membership on hold for a $15 per month fee (two months max with a doctors note).
Please email freeze@sonoma-fit.com AT LEAST 5 days before the 1st of the month (when dues are taken out).

YES! We are open all year and the outdoor pool is heated to 81 degrees throughout the winter.
We have three heated mineral pools. Up to 9 outdoor lanes (81 degrees) for lap swimming, heated indoor pool (90 degrees), hot tub (101 degrees), and boutique fitness club.
