CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:


HIIT Bootcamp: This indoor/outdoor class combines core, strength training, and cardio intervals to promote muscular endurance and cardio health. Using a combination of body weight excercises, medicine balls, kettle bells, resistance bands and free weights…no two workouts will ever look the same!


Cardio Conditioning: Using a variety of equipment, this class will challenge your cardio endurance. HIIT training, steady state, or a combination of the two will keep you guessing what’s next. If your cardio workouts are always the same and you’re ready to test your limits, this class is for you!


Strength &Conditioning: This class will help you build power and strength while burning major calories. Learn proper lifting techniques and functional movements while improving cardiovascular endurance. Barbells, weighted balls, sleds and bodyweight exercises are the name of the game in this class. Come see what you're made of!


Ultimate Strength: Time to take it to the gym floor. Squat, lift, curl and more with this strength based workout. Build power and lean muscle mass, learn proper lifting techniques and form…you’ll see changes in your body you never thought possible!


Full Throttle: This dynamic class combines athletic strength training with sport and agility drills. Whether your sport is in season or off, this class will improve overall strength, speed and stamina.  All athletes welcome!


Tread and Shred: The ultimate treadmill class! This high intensity class combines treadmill intervals with full body strength training. Free weights, bands, balls and bars will be used and each class will be different from the last. If you’re ready for a challenge and want quick results, this is your class!


Olympic Lifting: If building muscle and getting lean are what you want, this class will get you there. Learn the classic Olympic lifts while perfecting form and technique. With Coach Thomas


P.C.A. (Power, Cardio, Agility): This class combines high intensity cardio (rowers, tru form runners and assault bikes) with functional movements on the gym floor. Free weights, medicine balls, kettlebells and barbells are just some of the equipment you can expect to use. You'll elevate your heart rate and burn calories while improving strength and coordination.

Shockwave: Dubbed by the media as "the most efficient total-body workout in the world," ShockWave is extreme cross-training at its best! This circuit challenge utilizes a specially designed WaterRower machine to provide short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations designed to target and chisel the legs, the core and the arms. You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined because of the camaraderie, friendly team competition and motivation designed to push you to your max effort and provide extreme results.
