How do I freeze my membership?

Medical Freeze
If you are unable to use the facility because of injury, you may put your membership on hold for a $15 per month fee

Travel Freeze
If you are out of the area, 30 miles or more for 30 consecutive days or more, you may put your membership on hold for  $25 per month for individuals and $45 per month for couples; maximum credit is for 3 months per calendar year.

 

How do I cancel my membership?

A 30-day written notice is required to terminate any membership, and must be done at the facility in which the buyers membership resides. If you discontinue or have a lapse in your membership there is a $99 fee to reinstate your membership within a 12 month period. After one-year of not being a member you must pay the current enrollment fee to reinstate your membership.

 

Is the Sonoma Fit app available for both iPhone and Androids?

Yes. The app for Sonoma Fit can be found by searching “Sonoma Fit” in the App Store or Google Play.

 

Are group exercise classes included in my membership?

Yes, all group fitness classes with the exclusion of specialty classes and small group training are included in your membership.

 

How do I sign up for a class?

Log into your Sonoma Fit app by Net Pulse or online at https://www.myiclubonline.com/iclub/members, select “Find a Class”, click on the class you would like to attend, followed by selecting “Book Now”. You can sign up for classes through the app or online.

 

If I do not attend a group fitness class I signed up for what happens?

For all Group Exercise classes – there is an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for a class in which you have reserved a space, you will be charged a $9 fee.

 

What shoes can I wear to an indoor cycle class?

You can wear stiff sole tennis shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips. We also have cycling shoes to rent.

 

Do you have locker rooms?

Yes, we have state of the art locker rooms with showers

 

How do I refer a friend?

When the friend you referred signs up for their Sonoma Fit membership in the club all they have to do is say your name and you will receive one month FREE ($89 value). OR you can refer a friend through our Sonoma Fit app by clicking the “Refer a Friend” icon.

 

Can I take a class or use the gym if I'm not a member?

YES! You have 2 options. Day passes are $20/day with unlimited access to Sonoma Fit and it's amenities. Week passes are also available for $70/week.

 

Who do I contact if I have questions about my account?
